What trims are available with the 2018 F-150?

The Ford F-150 has three cab options that give you multiple different bed lengths. Both the SuperCab and Regular cab come with the option of a long bed or a standard bed. The SuperCrew cab comes with a standard bed or a short bed. XL is the base trim for the 2018 F-150, and gives you pre-wired trailer connections, automatic headlights, trailer sway control, 17-inch steel wheels, vinyl flooring, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, manual mirrors and windows, air-conditioning, a 4.20-inch display screen, four-speaker radio with auxiliary jack, driver information display, and cloth-upholstered 40/40/40-split front bench. Other features include power locks and windows, a 101A package option, cruise control, bigger driver information screen, remote unlocking and locking, Ford’s MyKey, smartphone app integration, CD player, USB port, Sync voice control, and Bluetooth. The XLT includes the 101A package, fog lights, alloy wheels, keypad entry system, chrome bumpers and exterior trim, carpeting, interior storage bins and pockets, driver and passenger seat lumbar adjustments, and rear privacy glass. There are two packages you can add to the XLT, the Mid 301A, and the Luxury 302A. The Lariat includes most of the Luxury 302A features, and adds power-adjustable pedals, 18-inch wheels, driver-seat memory settings, ambient lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, and keyless ignition and entry. This trim has two packages offered, the Mid 501A and the Luxury 502A. Additionally, there are more safety options available, adaptive cruise control, surround-view camera system, lane departure warning, and a power-deployable running board. King Ranch is next, and requires the SuperCrew cab, and adds the Luxury 502A package with Western stylization. The next trim is Platinum, which offers power-deployable running boards, 20-inch wheels, and wood and aluminum interior trim. The final trim is Limited, giving you unique styling details, front seat leather upholstery, and 22-inch wheels.

Which engines are available with the F-150?

The base trim, XL, comes standard with a 3.3-liter Ti-VCT V6 engine, which creates 290 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes with a six-speed automatic transmission and additional selectable drive modes. RWD and Crew-cab extended models have a 2.7-liter V6 engine, which creates 325 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. The 5.0-liter V8 engine is standard with the 4WD version and produces 395 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. This engine has a towing capacity of up to 8,900 lbs. That can be upgraded with an optional 3.73 axle, bringing that towing capacity up to 10,800 lbs.The final engine in the F-150 is the 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 engine, which creates 375 hp or 450 hp, depending on which power grade is given. An FX4 Off-Road package is optional for the XL trim, as is the Trailer Tow package.
