For many owning a Ford means independence. It’s the ability to get out, live their lives and enjoy all that Seattle has to offer. What better way to celebrate the independence your Ford gives you than by driving to celebration events and fireworks shows in the area?
Lake Union Fireworks in Your Ford
Head out to Gas Works Park. From noon to 11pm you can mingle with your neighbors, check out the great food vendors and exhibits and participate in the All-American games. Show off your skills in pie eating, sack racing and more! At the end of the day, you’ll be in the right place to get a perfect view of the fireworks show over Lake Union. Then pile everyone back in the Ford and head home to bed.
July 4th in Kirkland
Hop in your Ford and head to Kirkland for the Independence Day parade and fireworks show. The parade starts at noon with viewing locations along the way at Market and Central. After the parade, head on over to Marina Park for face painting and other fun vendors. As dusk rolls in, snag a spot near the waterfront to view the fireworks. They’ll be going off at 10:15.
Take Your Ford to Bellevue for Independence Day
Food, games, live music and fireworks are all a part of the July 4th celebrations in Bellevue. Events kick off in the early afternoon in Bellevue Downtown Park. With 20-acres of land, there’s plenty of room for everyone, so pile the troops in your Ford and head over. After the fireworks show, point your Ford home.
Watch the Tacoma Airshow from Your Ford
There’s nothing quite like an airshow. For nearly 40 years, the Tacoma Freedom Fair and Air Show has been bringing the air show, a bike show, several car shows, music, fireworks and much, much more to Tacoma’s Independence Day celebrations. You won’t want to miss this!
From all of us at Sunset Ford, have a safe and happy Independence Day weekend!
