I put the salesman through his paces. We test drove two different cars, walked the lot a few rounds and went on particularly long test drives. Clay was great and struck a really good balance between salesman and just getting out of the way while I ruminated the models and what kind of money I wanted to spend. I even switched it up by asking for a different color at the end and he came through big time with a better color and a model with Navigation and the hatch like I wanted. I noticed the next day that a tiny interior piece was missing from the car and Clay was all over that too. He remembered my name and the car and was able to figure out the piece for me.

I recently bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Sunset Ford. I called them ahead of time, providing them the details of the make, model, and color I was looking for. They called me back and let me know they had what I was looking for and had the vehicle ready and availability when I arrived.

I was greeted by Lisa when I arrived. She showed me the vehicle and walked through the features. We took the car for a test drive and it was everything that I was looking for.

When we got back to the dealership, she introduced me to Craig to start the buying process. Craig made the purchase process very easy. He walked through all the finance options, helped with rebates, and my trade-in. He asked which bank I preferred to go with while also seeking the lowest interest rate.

The finance manager made the signing process super easy. They have a giant touch screen monitor that is the top of a desk to walk through all the finance options and paperwork. Easy electronic signature on everything.

Overall, it was an easy, no haggle experience. Craig and Lisa were excellent to work with. I appreciate that Craig helped me sync my phone and walked through the interior controls. Also enjoyed getting the setup email with videos to everything.

Knowledgeable, no pressure, easy to talk to and walked me through the process with patience, friendliness and it all ended up with me buying the car that met my parameters. (Mustang GT)
Even coming to get my lic plates was pleasant. The female sales person (sorry can't recall her name) grabbed the plates and insisted on putting them on, even ordered me front brackets, again shows high level of service all around, especially as I wasn't her client.
But again exceptional overall. Will definitely recommend to friends, I thought Joe was simply great.
