Whether you’re towing, filling up the truck bed, or enjoying a family day out in the 2025 Ford Ranger, this truck is ready to take on the job. With its three strong powertrain options and comfortable cabin, it’s a vehicle the whole family can enjoy while cruising the Tacoma area.

Ready to Tow

It doesn’t matter what model you choose when it comes to towing, as they all tow up to 7,500 pounds. This applies to both four- and rear-wheel-drive models. They all have Trailer Sway Control for additional stability while towing. The Trailer Tow Package and Advanced Towing Package are both available.

Perfect for Cargo

You have to be a little more careful about which model you choose if you need a specific towing capacity. The Raptor can carry 1,411 pounds in its bed. The other trims can carry up to 1,711 pounds if they’re four-wheel-drive models and 1,805 pounds if they’re rear-wheel-drive models.

Suitable for Staying Safe

Ford Co-Pilot360 is standard in the XLT and up. It gives the truck Reverse Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and several other features. Every trim also has Automatic High Beams as well as Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking.

Created for Comfort

The Ranger’s interior is designed to look modern and feel comfortable. A pair of large displays make the dashboard look sleek, and its front bucket seats make the cabin look comfortable as well as feel it. These front seats have 8-way and 6-way manual adjustability for the driver and front seat passenger, respectively. You can upgrade to 10-way and 8-way power-adjustable seats for the driver and front-seat passenger, too.

Multiple Engine Choices

You have three powertrains to choose from when shopping for a Ranger. The Raptor is equipped with a standard 3-liter engine pumping out 405 horsepower. This model is exclusively available in four-wheel-drive. The LARIAT and XLT are available with a 2.7 liter EcoBoost V6 engine that produces 315 horsepower. These models come as either four-wheel-drive or rear-wheel-drive.

The Ranger’s standard engine is a 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost that makes 270 horsepower. Every engine we’ve mentioned is mated with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Equipped for Connectivity

Each model of the Ranger is equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4A infotainment technology. With smartphone connectivity, you can keep in touch with people by using voice commands to text or call them. You can also connect to the Internet via the built-in Wi-Fi hotspot and make sure all the information and entertainment in the world is at your fingertips, no matter where you are.

With all the features above, you’re bound to want to check out this truck in person. Come spend some time behind the wheel at Sunset Ford of Sumner in Sumner, WA.
